Keep a lookout for Scams and Fraud

Nouveau Finance Ltd takes the safety and privacy of its customers seriously, we provide this page to help forewarn our customers and provide some guidance if you think you may have become a victim of fraud.

Fraud is sometimes difficult to spot: some fraudsters take the name of genuine companies and pose as them making cold telephone calls to their victims promising loan deals that don’t really exist. They invite the victim to part with the cash through voucher schemes like UKASH VOUCHERS on the promise that a loan will follow. Be aware of these types of scams.

Note: No one from Nouveau Finance Ltd, Fast Online Payday, or any financial partner relations; including lenders; will ever contact you by phone, Skype, text, post, or email and request you to send money to them or buy products from them prior to receiving your loan funds.

The people that run these scams are skilled and experienced at persuading their targets to part with their money.

If you think you have been contacted about a scam or have paid money to fraudsters there are steps you can take to protect yourself.

Step 1: Stop sending money

If you think you have been scammed you should stop sending money to the firm and individuals involved straight away.

If you have given them your bank account details, tell your bank immediately.
